Cancellation Policy

At AdventureScout, we understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. Our cancellation policy is designed to offer flexibility while ensuring we can continue to provide top-quality service to all of our guests.

Standard Cancellation Terms:

  • Free Cancellation: Most reservations can be canceled free of charge up to 7 days before the scheduled check-in date. Specific cancellation terms will be displayed during the booking process.
  • Late Cancellations: If a reservation is canceled less than 7 days before check-in, a cancellation fee equivalent to the first night’s stay may apply.
  • No-Shows: Guests who do not arrive and have not canceled in advance will be charged for the full stay.

Non-Refundable Bookings:

Some promotional or discounted bookings may be marked as non-refundable. These reservations are final and cannot be canceled or changed once confirmed. Please review the terms carefully during the booking process.

Modifications:

  • Date or guest name modifications can usually be made up to 72 hours before check-in, depending on hotel policies and availability.
  • To request a change, please contact our support team directly or use the "Manage Booking" option on our website.

Force Majeure Exceptions:

In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government travel restrictions, or medical emergencies, we may offer full or partial refunds or allow rebooking without penalty. Documentation may be required.
